Is Maptaskr exclusively compatible with Dynamics 365?

No – Maptaskr works with Power Apps, Power Pages as well as all the ‘CE’ apps in Dynamics 365 – Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.

Which industries commonly utilize Maptaskr?

Maptaskr is not industry-specific, but it works well for Governments and Government-related organizations that use ESRI ArcGIS and would like to leverage all that Geospatial data to make better decisions, spot patterns, improve citizen services and so forth.  It is also useful for corporations in certain industries that also leverage the power of ESRI ArcGIS – for example mining companies and power utilities.

Does Maptaskr require an instance of ESRI ArcGIS to work?

No, Maptaskr does not require an instance of ESRI ArcGIS. It runs independently within the Microsoft ecosystem, providing geospatial capabilities without relying on third-party GIS systems like ArcGIS. However, if you do use ESRI ArcGIS, Maptaskr can integrate with it, offering flexibility for your geospatial data management.

If you have Esri ArcGIS, does it need to be an ‘online’ instance of ArcGIS, i.e., AGOL?

Maptaskr can integrate with both ArcGIS Online (AGOL) and/or ArcGIS Enterprise. You can even connect to both platforms simultaneously, allowing for seamless interaction between online and on-premises geospatial data sources.

Does Maptaskr work on Mobile devices?
